Titles Worth Opening First in the qb88 Lobby

A few titles consistently see the most account activity on the platform. Johor Lucky Slots from our catalogue draws regular sessions from players who follow slot-feature rounds closely — the game runs prize-style mechanics with clear on-screen RTP information where the provider exposes it.

  • Johor Lucky Slots

A slot title with feature rounds that trigger prize mechanics shown clearly in the game UI. RTP information is displayed where the provider makes it available — check the game detail panel in the lobby for the current figure. Runs smoothly on mobile browser without a separate app.

  • Fishing Golden Catch

A multiplayer fishing-format game where prizes accumulate in real time and the current totals are visible on screen throughout the session. Works on both mobile and desktop browsers. Session records are saved to your account history, accessible from the account dashboard after each round.

  • Live Putrajaya Baccarat Room

A live dealer baccarat room with table limits displayed before you join the session. Rounds run on a real-time video feed with results logged in your account history. The room is accessible from the Live Casino section of the lobby on both mobile and desktop.

  • Rapid Dice Duel

A fast-format crash-style game suited to short sessions. Round results are logged in your account so you can review them after the session ends. The game loads directly in-browser — no download required on either iOS or Android mobile browsers.

  • Bingo Ringgit Draw

Scheduled bingo rounds with draw results shown in-game as each round progresses. Entry amounts and round schedules are displayed in the game lobby before you join. Account wallet balance is used for entry — the same balance that covers your sports and casino sessions.

  • Valorant Round Odds

A sports-format betting title built around round-by-round outcomes. Odds are shown live in the game interface before each selection is confirmed. Results post to your account history immediately after each round closes, with the amount added straight to your wallet on a winning selection.

  • FPX Online Banking

Transfer directly from your Malaysian bank account through FPX. Select FPX in the cashier, choose your bank from the list shown, and complete the authorisation on your bank's own page. The amount posts to your qb88 wallet once the bank confirms the transfer. No card details needed — just your standard online banking credentials.

ACCOUNT SETUP STEPS

How to Get Started on qb88

Getting your account running is a short sequence of steps that takes only a few minutes on mobile or desktop. First, open the account registration page and fill in your details — the form shows exactly which fields are required.

  1. Create Your Account

Open the registration page and complete the required fields. The form walks you through each step in order. Keep your registered mobile number handy — it is used as your account identifier for DuitNow transfers and account verification steps shown in the form.

  2. Link a Payment Method

After registration, open the cashier and choose from FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or Boost. Each option shows the steps and limits specific to that method. Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your payment source to your qb88 wallet.

  3. Fund Your Wallet

Enter a deposit amount within the limits shown for your chosen method, then authorise the transfer in your bank or e-wallet app. Once confirmed, the balance lands in your account wallet and is ready to use across sportsbook, slots and live casino without any separate transfer between sections.

  4. Set Your Account Controls

Before your first session, take a moment to review the account controls in your dashboard — bet limits, deposit caps and session settings are all configurable from one panel. These controls stay available throughout your time on the platform, one tap from any page in your account.

FEATURE BRIEF / 05

Football and Badminton Markets on qb88

Sports betting on qb88 centres on the leagues and formats that matter most to Malaysian fans. English Premier League matches and Liga Super fixtures both carry live in-play markets alongside pre-match lines — odds update in real time as the match progresses, and your bet slip is accessible from any screen without leaving the live match view.

Game feature guide

  • English Premier League

EPL match markets on qb88 include pre-match and live in-play options. Odds are shown on the match page and update during the game. Settled bet results and the amount credited on winning selections appear in your bet history inside the account dashboard after each match concludes.

  • Liga Super

Liga Super fixtures are listed in the football section of the sportsbook. Market depth varies by fixture; available bet types for each match are shown on the match detail page. Live in-play markets open once the match kicks off and update in real time through the match.

  • Badminton

Badminton markets cover major tournament formats with match winner and set betting options. The full list of available fixtures and bet types is shown in the Badminton section of the sportsbook. Market availability depends on the tournament schedule and eligible regions for your account.

ACCOUNT REWARDS

What's Running in Your Account This Week

Current offers and running promotions are shown inside your account dashboard after login — that is where the live state of any active promotion is displayed, including eligibility, terms and any progress tracking. We do not publish fixed schedules for when offers change, because the dashboard reflects what is currently active for your specific account rather than a general public board.

  • Dashboard Promotions

After you log in, the promotions panel in your account dashboard shows what is currently active for your account. Eligibility conditions and any applicable terms are displayed alongside each item. The panel reflects your real-time account status, so what you see there is specific to you rather than a general site-wide listing.

  • Game Mechanics vs. Platform Offers

Bonus rounds, prize symbols and feature spins described inside a game are mechanics built into that title by its studio — they are not platform-level promotions. Details for those mechanics are in the game information panel inside the lobby. Platform promotions are separate and shown only in your account dashboard after login.

  • Referral and Account Tiers

Any referral programmes or account tier benefits currently running are listed in your account dashboard under the relevant section after login. The current state of those programmes — including any progress or active status — is shown there in real time rather than on a public schedule page.

Tools to Keep Your Account in Your Hands

Your account settings include a set of controls designed to keep your activity within the limits you choose. Bet limits let you set a ceiling on how much you wager per bet or per session, deposit caps let you restrict how much you add to your wallet o

  • Bet Limits

Set a maximum wager amount per bet or per session directly from your account settings panel. The limit applies across sportsbook and casino activity on the same wallet. Changes take effect as confirmed on-screen. To review or update your current limits, open the account controls section after login.

  • Deposit Caps

Add a cap to how much you can deposit into your qb88 wallet over a set period. The current cap and the period it covers are shown in your account dashboard. Adjustments are made from the same controls panel — changes that reduce the cap apply immediately, as shown in the confirmation screen.

  • Session Management

Your account dashboard shows session duration information so you know how long your current session has been active. Session length preferences can be configured in account settings. This information is available from any screen through the account icon in the top navigation bar.

  • Account Support

If you have questions about any account control — how to set it, change it, or understand what it covers — live chat support can help directly. Open chat from the icon on any page without leaving your current session. The support team handles account-level queries in English for the Malaysia market.

Common Terms You Will See in the qb88 Lobby

A few terms come up regularly across the sportsbook, slot lobby and live casino sections. This section explains what they mean in the context of how they appear on the platform, so you know what you are looking at when you see them in the interface.

Glossary

  • What does RTP mean on a slot title?

RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage figure that describes the theoretical long-run return of a slot title based on its programmed mechanics — for example, a 96% RTP means the game is designed to return 96 units for every 100 wagered over a very large number of spins.

  • What is a bonus round in a slot game?

A bonus round is a feature built into a slot title that activates under certain conditions — typically when specific symbols appear on the reels in a qualifying combination. During a bonus round, the game may run a different set of mechanics from the base game, such as feature spins with modified reel behaviour or a pick-style prize screen.

  • What does in-play or live betting mean in the sportsbook?

In-play betting, sometimes called live betting, means placing a bet on a match or event that is already in progress. Odds update in real time as the match develops. On qb88, in-play markets for English Premier League and Liga Super fixtures open once the match kicks off and are shown in the live section of the sportsbook.

  • What is a Megaways mechanic in a slot title?

Megaways is a reel format developed by Bigtime Gaming. In a Megaways slot, the number of symbols displayed on each reel changes on every spin, which changes the total number of ways a winning combination can be formed.

  • What is a multi-match selection in the sportsbook?

A multi-match selection, sometimes called an accumulator or parlay, is a single bet that combines the outcomes of two or more separate matches. All selections must be correct for the bet to return a prize.

  • What does DuitNow mean as a payment method?

DuitNow is a real-time payment network operated by Payments Network Malaysia (PayNet). It allows you to transfer funds using a registered mobile number or identity number as the reference, rather than a full bank account number.

  • What is a crash game format?

A crash game is a format where a multiplier starts at 1x and climbs as the round progresses. You cash out before the round ends to lock in the multiplier at that point — if the round crashes before you cash out, the stake is lost. Rapid Dice Duel on qb88 runs a fast-format version of this mechanic.

Where do I find my bet history and transaction records?
